Rental Agreement

The rental starts on the selected start date and ends on the agreed return date.

Renters agree to keep rented items in good condition and use them responsibly.

Late returns may result in fees, deposit deductions, account restrictions, or suspension.

Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

If an item is lost or not returned, the renter may lose the deposit and may be responsible for additional costs.

Some rentals may require seller approval before the rental is confirmed.

Buyers and sellers must follow the selected pickup or delivery method and communicate clearly about timing.

ReFresh may review disputes but does not guarantee a specific outcome.

By completing a rental, both renter and seller agree to this Rental Agreement.
